Prezi is not a separate HeySummit broadcast provider. Use Prezi Video inside the meeting or streaming tool you already use, or send attendees to a Live Prezi broadcast link with HeySummit's external URL option.
Use Prezi Video in a meeting or stream
Create your presentation and install the Prezi Video desktop app.
Create the live meeting, webinar, or stream in the provider you want attendees to join.
In that provider, choose Prezi Camera as the presenter's camera source.
In HeySummit, connect the talk using the broadcast option that matches the attendee experience.
If attendees should join an external meeting link
From your HeySummit dashboard, go to Content > Talks.
Open the ... menu for the talk, then choose Manage Talk.
Choose Send to an External URL.
Paste the attendee join link from your meeting or webinar provider.
Save the talk and test the attendee journey.
If you use a Live Prezi broadcast link
Prezi's broadcast feature creates a browser link that lets viewers follow your presentation in real time. Prezi currently documents this as a Plus-or-higher feature with a limit of up to 100 viewers.
In Prezi, create the broadcast link and copy the Live Prezi URL.
In HeySummit, open the talk and choose Send to an External URL.
Paste the Live Prezi URL, save the talk, and test the link before the session starts.
This option redirects attendees away from the HeySummit talk page. HeySummit does not register them with Prezi, so check whether the external experience asks for any additional details.
If the talk should play inside HeySummit
Use one of HeySummit's supported live-stream or webinar options, then use Prezi Camera inside that provider when you present.
Before going live
Test the full attendee flow, including whether the external provider asks attendees to register again.
Join early so the host and speakers can test microphone, camera, screen layout, and Prezi Camera.
Confirm that the attendee link opens the intended meeting, stream, or Live Prezi broadcast.
