Prezi Video is not a separate HeySummit broadcast provider. Use it as a presenter-side camera source inside the meeting or streaming tool you are already using, such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, GoToMeeting, or another provider that supports the Prezi Camera virtual camera.
How this works
Create your presentation in Prezi and install the Prezi Video desktop app.
Create the live meeting, webinar, or stream in the provider you want attendees to join.
In that provider, choose Prezi Camera as the presenter's camera source.
In HeySummit, connect the talk using the broadcast option that matches your attendee experience.
If attendees should join an external meeting link
From your HeySummit dashboard, go to Content > Talks.
Open the ... menu for the talk, then choose Manage Talk.
When asked how you would like to broadcast the talk, choose Send to an External URL.
Paste the attendee join link from your meeting or webinar provider.
Click Save.
If the talk should play inside HeySummit
Use one of HeySummit's supported live-stream or webinar options instead, then use Prezi Camera inside that provider when you present.
Before going live
Test the full attendee flow, including whether the external provider asks attendees to register again.
Join early so the host and speakers can test microphone, camera, screen layout, and Prezi Camera before attendees arrive.
If you are using an external URL, remember that attendees leave the HeySummit talk page to join the provider link.
