Use Teyuto when your video or live stream is hosted in Teyuto and you want it to play inside the HeySummit talk page. HeySummit supports Teyuto for pre-recorded videos and replays, and Teyuto Live for live streams.
Before you start
Prepare the video or live stream in your Teyuto account.
Copy the full Teyuto player URL. HeySummit needs the channel hostname as well as the video value, so a video ID on its own is not enough.
The URL should look like https://your-channel.teyuto.tv/video/player?w=12345.
Use Teyuto for a pre-recorded talk
From your event dashboard, go to Content > Talks.
Open the ... menu next to the talk and choose Manage Talk.
In the broadcast setup, choose Pre-Recorded.
Choose Teyuto as the video provider.
Paste the full Teyuto player URL.
Save the talk, then preview it to confirm the video plays.
Use Teyuto for a live stream
From your event dashboard, go to Content > Talks.
Open the ... menu next to the talk and choose Manage Talk.
When asked how you would like to broadcast the talk, choose Live Stream.
Choose Teyuto Live.
Paste the full Teyuto player URL.
Click Save, then run a test broadcast before the event.
Use Teyuto for a replay
When adding or replacing a replay, choose Teyuto and paste the same full player URL format. Preview the replay before making it available to attendees.
Troubleshooting
If the player is blank, check that you pasted the full player URL rather than only the video ID or a general Teyuto page URL.
Confirm that the channel hostname in the URL belongs to the Teyuto account hosting the video.
Check the video's publishing, privacy, and embed settings in Teyuto.
Make sure you selected Teyuto for a recorded video or replay, and Teyuto Live for a live stream.
