HeySummit does not have a separate native Airmeet provider. To use Airmeet with a talk, send attendees to your Airmeet event URL when the talk starts.
Add the Airmeet URL to the talk
Create or prepare the session in Airmeet.
Copy the common Airmeet event URL for your audience.
In HeySummit, go to Content & Schedule > Sessions.
Open Actions for the talk, then choose Manage Session.
Open Broadcast and set Broadcast Type to External URL.
Paste the Airmeet attendee URL.
Select Save and Close.
When the session is available, attendees use its join button to open the external page in a new tab.
What to check in Airmeet
External URL talks do not automatically register attendees with Airmeet. Check the Airmeet event's registration, privacy, and access settings so attendees can join as expected.
Email and attendee flow
Depending on your event settings, reminder-style emails may send attendees to the HeySummit talk page or include the external join link. HeySummit registration and ticket requirements depend on your event’s access settings. The provider’s separate admission requirements still apply.
Before going live
Preview the HeySummit talk after saving the Airmeet URL.
Open the Airmeet URL in a private browser window to check the attendee experience.
Confirm whether Airmeet asks attendees to register, sign in, use a unique access link, or complete an attendee profile before entering.
Copy the common event URL from the Airmeet event dashboard’s Share Event button. Do not put one attendee’s personal magic link into the shared HeySummit field. Airmeet’s unique-link or invite-only entry rules require each attendee’s own access link. See Airmeet’s event-link guide. Test the normal session page with an existing authorised attendee as well as checking organiser preview. Organiser preview can bypass HeySummit ticket checks; it does not prove that an attendee has access to the external service.
