Use Reset Content when you want to restore one transactional email to HeySummit's default subject, description, and editable content blocks.
This is helpful if you have accidentally changed placeholder values, links, buttons, or wording in a transactional email, or if you have changed your event language and want that email's editable blocks to be rebuilt from the default content for the new language.
Reset one email
Go to Emails.
Find the transactional email you want to restore.
Open the three-dot menu for that email.
Click Reset Content.
Confirm the reset.
Resetting content affects that email only. It does not reset every email template in your event.
Any custom edits in that email's editable blocks will be replaced by the default content. If you only need to fix a small typo, use Edit Email instead.
