You can change the email address you use to sign in to an existing HeySummit account from your profile.
Update your account email
Sign in to HeySummit.
Open My Account > My Profile.
Select Update.
Enter the new email address and confirm your current password.
Select Save, then use the verification email sent to the new address.
Before you change the email
The new email address cannot already belong to another HeySummit account.
After changing your email, you must wait 24 hours before changing it again.
This updates the sign-in email on the same account. Events owned by that account stay with it.
Need to move an event to another account?
Changing your email does not transfer an event to a different existing HeySummit account. Contact [email protected] and explain what you need to change so the team can confirm the available options for your account.
