If you're subscribed to our Professional or Business Plan, or any plan purchased after July 1, 2021, such as the Growth and Success Plan, you have the option to set up and manage evergreen talks.

Evergreen talks automatically repeat on a schedule you decide, cycling at intervals such as daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, or even specific days like every third Monday. You have complete control over the frequency.

By default, a typical talk will not automatically repeat and is scheduled to broadcast only once on the specified date. To set up an Evergreen talk, go to Contents, click on the (...) next to the talk you want to auto-repeat to access the management options, select Evergreen settings and turn on “Enable Evergreen.”

Next, set up the frequency and other options, such as choosing an end date, setting the delay for the next occurrence, automatically clearing registered attendees, and keeping replays for each previously repeated talk.

Important Things To Note:

Do note that for evergreen events, if you've set up a giveaway, you can't re-trigger it once a giveaway has been generated.

This means that once the date has passed and the giveaway awarded, the event-level giveaway(s) will end and not be visible on your public summit site anymore. To set the date, head to Content > Offers and Giveaways > ... > Settings, then set the date/time under the Winner for Event giveaways to be generated at? field.
