Edit text on your event pages

Written by Benjamin Dell

Some text on event pages is edited directly on the public page instead of through the Page Editor settings or the Translations area. This is common on built-in pages such as Schedule, Speakers, Categories, Replays, Perks, and similar header-link pages.

Open the page you want to edit

  1. From your event dashboard, select View Event.

  2. Open the public page that contains the text you want to change, such as Schedule, Speakers, or Replays.

  3. If you see the dashboard editing controls, select Edit Content near the bottom-left of the page.

  4. Click the editable text, replace it with your own copy, and select Update Text.

If you cannot see the page in the header

If the page is hidden from the main navigation, or if draft mode makes it harder to reach from the public header, go to Event Setup > Header Links.

Find the page in the Header Links list and open the blue page URL shown under its title. This opens the public page so you can use the same Edit Content flow.

Use Edit Page when you want to change page layout, blocks, or component settings. Use Edit Content when you want to change editable text directly on the page.
