Preview your event pages before publishing, and use the website editor to change their content or layout. New events start in draft mode. Public visitors see the Coming Soon page while the event is unpublished, while logged-in organisers and staff can preview the main event site.
Open your event website
Open your event dashboard as an organiser with permission to manage the event.
In the left sidebar, expand Website and select Edit Website.
In Manage your website, choose View/Browse Website to browse the site, Edit Landing Page to open its page editor, or Update Theme to change website colours, fonts and layout.
You can also use View Event Site in the dashboard header to open the site for browsing.
Preview the main and Coming Soon pages
For an unpublished event, use the draft-mode banner at the top of the page. Select Preview Coming Soon Page when viewing the main event page, or Preview Main Landing Page when viewing Coming Soon. These switches are available while the event is in draft mode. Publishing makes the main site available to public visitors. See Publish or unpublish your event.
Edit the page you are viewing
While logged in as an organiser or staff user, use the controls in the bottom corner of the event page. Some controls are icons; hover over them to see their labels. Availability depends on the page and your access.
Edit Page opens that page's editor. Pages that support layout editing let you manage their sections and blocks.
Edit Theme changes event-wide website styling.
Edit Content lets you edit customer-facing text where supported.
Manage Pages opens the dashboard's Header & Footer Links area, where you manage navigation links and linked pages.
When finished, use Exit Page Editor, Exit Theme Editor or Exit Content Editor from the same bottom-corner controls. Attendees do not see the organiser editing actions on your public event site.
