You can customise what attendees see after checkout in two main ways: send everyone to an external thank-you URL, or create a custom confirmation page for a specific ticket.
Send attendees to an external thank-you URL
From your HeySummit dashboard, go to Event Setup > Registration & Checkout Settings.
Click Update.
Enter the external URL in Custom Confirmation Page URL.
Save your changes.
This URL must start with http:// or https://. Use this option for an external page outside your HeySummit event site.
Create a custom confirmation page for a ticket
Go to Revenue > Tickets.
Open the ... menu for the ticket, then choose Manage Ticket.
In the ticket details, use Custom Confirmation Page to select an existing confirmation page or create a new one.
Save the ticket.
Open the custom confirmation page from the ticket list or page editor.
Add the content and components you want attendees to see after purchasing that ticket.
A custom confirmation page is only shown after a completed checkout for the linked ticket. Event team members can preview it while editing.
Redirect a ticket to an external URL
If a specific ticket should redirect to an external page instead of using a HeySummit confirmation page, use the ticket's Custom Confirmation Redirect URL.
A ticket cannot use both Custom Confirmation Page and Custom Confirmation Redirect URL at the same time.
Which option should I use?
Use the event-level Custom Confirmation Page URL when all attendees should go to the same external thank-you page.
Use a ticket-level Custom Confirmation Page when different tickets need different HeySummit confirmation pages.
Use a ticket-level Custom Confirmation Redirect URL when one ticket should send attendees to a different external page.
