HeySummit keeps two related pieces of event copy under Branding & Content: Description is the main short description shown on the landing page and other event areas, while Strapline is a shorter version used for page metadata and compact promotional areas.
Update the fields
From the event dashboard, go to Event Setup > Settings.
Find Branding & Content and select Update.
In SEO and Social Content, edit Description and Strapline. The Strapline accepts up to 100 characters.
Select Save, then open the public event page to review the result.
If the Strapline is blank
HeySummit uses the Description as the shorter metadata text. If the Description is longer than 100 characters, the fallback is shortened automatically.
