Your active event quota controls how many events can be open for new registrations at the same time. You can check your current quota and usage from My Account > Billing.
An event counts as an active event when it is not archived and registrations are open. Draft events, demo events, archived events, and events with registrations closed do not use an active-event quota slot.
For current self-serve plans, Starter includes 1 active event, Growth includes 10 active events, and Success supports unlimited active events.
For example, if you run a weekly webinar series as one HeySummit event and keep registrations open, that uses one active-event slot. If you create another event and leave registrations open, that uses another slot.
If you have reached your active-event quota and need to create or reopen another event, you can choose one of these options:
Upgrade your plan to increase your quota. See current plan options on the HeySummit pricing page.
Close registrations on an event that no longer needs new attendees. Go to Event Setup > Settings > Registration & Checkout, open Registrations Open?, then choose Closed. Existing attendees can still access the event, but new attendees cannot register.
Archive the event if it should be hidden from public view and inaccessible to attendees.
Delete the event if you no longer need it. Deleted events are inaccessible to you and to the public, and cannot be reopened.
Closing registrations, archiving, or deleting an event removes it from your active-event quota usage. Your attendee registration quota is separate from your active-event quota.
