Scenario

You have set up your sessions under Content > Talks, but you can see that one or more has the warning below.

Quick Start

The reason that you are seeing this warning is that none of your tickets allow access to the talks that have the warning.

  1. Head to Revenue > Tickets to start.

  2. Click on the three dots (...) > Manage Ticket next to your ticket record to take a closer look at permissions.

  3. Make sure that across your tickets, all your talks are covered, e.g. checking category access, certain talks, days etc. You can use this help document on setting up tickets for more information.

  4. Do not forget to press Save when making ticket changes. The warnings under Content > Talks should disappear once you've made your changes and the talks are made accessible by at least one ticket.
