Reuse Speaker Profiles Across Events

You can store speaker profiles in an account-level Speaker Library and reuse them across multiple events. This allows you to add existing speakers to new events without re-entering their details each time.

From an event’s Speakers page, the Add button gives you the option to create a new speaker, import speakers via CSV, or select one or more speakers from your Speaker Library. When a library speaker is added to an event, their details are copied into a standard event speaker profile so you can customise them for that specific event if needed.

You can manage and update your saved speaker profiles from the account dashboard under Speaker Library.
