Use Only Show Speakers with Talks During The Event? to narrow a public speaker list to presenters with a linked session in this event dated on or after the event's first scheduled session. The filter does not apply an upper end-date cutoff.
Filter the main Speakers page
Open the public Speakers page while signed in with event editing access, then select Edit Page.
Go to Page > Additional Settings.
Turn on Only Show Speakers with Talks During The Event?. Changes save automatically.
Filter one Speakers Grid
Open the landing page in the Page Editor and select the Speakers Grid.
Open Properties and use Speakers to Show > Choose automatically.
Turn on Only Show Speakers with Talks During The Event?. Changes save automatically; wait for saving to finish before leaving.
What the filter changes
A session must be linked to this event and have a date on or after its first scheduled session. The automatic grid applies this date test when the event has a first scheduled date. Existing presenter visibility rules still apply; enabling this filter does not reveal inactive or otherwise hidden profiles. To promote presenters before their sessions are linked, review public presenter visibility and Event Settings > Event Experience > Presenter Experience > Public Visibility.
