By default, HeySummit can show your full speaker lineup, including speakers whose talks are not yet linked or scheduled. That is useful when you want to promote speakers before all talk details are ready.
If you want a tighter speaker list, turn on Only Show Speakers with Talks During The Event? to show only speakers who have talks scheduled during the current event. This is especially helpful when you are reusing speakers or talks from previous events.
You can use this setting in two places:
Speakers Page settings: open the public Speakers page while signed in as an event admin, click Edit Page, and enable the option for that page.
Speakers Grid component settings: edit the Speakers Grid component in the page builder and enable the same option for that component.

This option filters the speaker list where it is enabled. If you want to control the broader default for whether speakers without talks appear on public event pages, review the event-level speaker visibility setting as well.
