You can add a custom affiliate agreement to your affiliate signup flow when you want affiliates to review and accept your terms before they apply or join your program.
To add one, go to Revenue > Affiliates, open Affiliate Settings, choose Update, then add your terms in Optional Affiliate Agreement and save your changes.
When agreement text is saved, the affiliate signup form shows a required agreement checkbox with a link to the full agreement. Affiliates can open the agreement in a new tab before accepting it.
When an affiliate submits the form, HeySummit records that they accepted the agreement and stores a snapshot of the agreement text that was shown at the time. This keeps the signup flow clear for affiliates and gives you a record of the terms they accepted.
