You can reorder custom footer links with drag and drop from the footer link manager, which is faster than moving links one step at a time.
In your event dashboard, open Website > Header & Footer Links, then select the Footer Links tab.
Find the drag handle beside the custom link.
Click and hold the handle, drag the link to its new position within the same footer column, then release it.
