Course events can show sessions in a deliberate learning order instead of relying on their scheduled date or title.
Reorder your course sessions
Open your event dashboard and go to Content & Schedule > Sessions.
Use the drag handle beside a session to move it to the position you want.
Repeat for the remaining sessions. HeySummit saves the order within that category as you move them.
How categories affect ordering
Sessions without a category appear together in an Uncategorised group and can be reordered within that group.
If your course has sessions in more than one category, reordering is unavailable. Reduce the course to zero or one category before setting a single sequence.
You can move sessions within their current category, but the ordering control does not move a session into another category.
Where the order is used
The saved sequence is used in the course catalogue and replay experience. Any session without a saved rank appears after the ranked sessions in title order.
