If a purchase order was attributed to the wrong affiliate, you can remove that affiliate directly from the sales report.
To remove an affiliate from an order:
Go to Reports > Sales Report in your event dashboard.
Find any ticket purchase row from the relevant order.
Open the row's action menu.
Select Remove Affiliate from Order.
Confirm the action.
This removes the affiliate from the entire purchase order, not only the individual ticket purchase row you selected. If the order contains multiple ticket purchases, all ticket purchases in that order are affected.
When the affiliate is removed, HeySummit clears the order's affiliate attribution, clears the ticket commission percentage for the order's ticket purchases, removes the order from unpaid affiliate payouts, and refreshes the affected affiliate revenue stats.
