Affiliates help track referral performance, but sometimes a ticket purchase may be linked to the wrong affiliate. The option to remove an affiliate directly from your sales reports allows you to correct these cases quickly. This ensures your tracking data remains accurate and reflects the correct attribution for each transaction.
Go to Reports > Sales Report in your event dashboard.
Locate the relevant ticket order.
Open the dropdown menu beside the ticket.
Select Remove Affiliate from order.
Once removed, the ticket purchase will no longer be associated with the previous affiliate, helping you maintain precise and reliable reporting.
