HeySummit separates attendee activity, sales, revenue, and affiliate commission so you can open the report that matches the question you are answering. Financial reports are available only to team members who can manage financials.

Go to Reports > Attendees to review registered attendees, their registration status, tickets, and attribution details. Use the filters to narrow the list, or export it when you need the full attendee data set.

Go to Reports > Sales to review free and paid ticket or add-on purchases. This is the detailed sales record and can be filtered or exported. The Revenue card on your event dashboard gives a headline total and links to the sales report. Money values use the event's ticket currency.

Go to Revenue > Affiliate Payouts to see the commission owed to each affiliate by month. Payout totals use the event's ticket currency and can change while new eligible sales or refunds are processed. Wait until the month is complete before paying a final monthly amount, then mark the payout as paid in HeySummit.

Important: HeySummit calculates and reports affiliate commission, but the event organiser is responsible for paying affiliates.
