HeySummit separates attendee activity, sales, revenue, and affiliate commission so you can open the report that matches the question you are answering. Financial reports are available only to team members who can manage financials.
Attendees
Go to Registration & Attendees > Attendees to review registered attendees, their registration status, tickets, and attribution details. Use the filters to narrow the list, or export it when you need the full attendee data set.
Sales and revenue
Go to Ticketing & Payments > Sales & Subscriptions to review free and paid ticket, add-on, donation, or subscription purchases. This is the detailed sales record and can be filtered or exported. The Revenue card under Home > Analytics gives a headline total for the selected reporting period. Open Sales & Subscriptions for the detailed sales records. Money values use the event's ticket currency.
Affiliate payouts
Go to Affiliates > Payouts to see the commission owed to each affiliate by month. Payout totals use the event's ticket currency.
Unpaid payouts can change as new eligible sales or refunds are processed.
Mark as Paid preserves the payout's recorded total. Later refunds do not change that paid amount or deduct commission from future payouts.
If eligible sales for the same month are added after its payout has been marked as paid, they appear in a separate unpaid payout for that month. This is additional commission to review, rather than a duplicate of the paid payout.
Wait until the month is complete before paying a final monthly amount, then mark the payout as paid in HeySummit. HeySummit calculates and reports affiliate commission, but the event organiser is responsible for paying affiliates.
