Use Build Schedule After Checkout? when you want attendees to register first and choose the talks for their personal schedule after checkout.
This is useful when you still want attendees to build a personalised schedule, but you do not want talk selection to be part of the initial checkout flow.
To turn it on, go to Event Setup > Settings > Registration & Checkout. In Can Attendees Build Their Own Schedule?, enable Build Schedule After Checkout?.
When enabled, HeySummit skips the normal talk-selection step during checkout and shows a schedule-building call to action on the confirmation page instead.
If you have set a minimum number of talks that attendees must choose, HeySummit still needs to collect those choices during checkout so the minimum can be enforced.
