By default, once an attendee has completed registration, HeySummit hides the Book My Place button from the event navigation header for that attendee.
Enable Always Show 'Book My Place'? if you want registered attendees to keep seeing that checkout link. This can be useful when you sell additional tickets, upgrades, add-ons, donations, or other checkout items after the first registration.
To turn it on, go to Event Setup > Settings > Registration & Checkout. In the Attendee Experience section, enable Always Show 'Book My Place'?.
This setting only controls whether the navigation button is hidden after a completed order. It does not reopen registration if registration is closed, and it does not change ticket, add-on, donation, or access restrictions in checkout.
