Option To Always Show “Book My Place” Button After Registration

By default, once an attendee registers for your event, the “Book My Place” button is automatically removed from the navigation header. While this simplifies the experience for registered attendees, it can also limit opportunities to re-engage them—especially if you’re offering upgrades, add-ons, or additional ticket types.

To give you more flexibility, you now have the option to always show the “Book My Place” button, even after someone has registered.


You can enable this setting by going to Setup → Registration and Checkout > Attendee Experience.


This is particularly useful if you'd like to:

  • Encourage attendees to purchase additional tickets or upgrades

  • Promote add-ons or exclusive content

  • Allow attendees to revisit the checkout flow at any time
