One-off Workshop Focus Mode gives a Single session event a simpler homepage centred on one session. The setting retains its “One-off Workshop” label even though the current event type is called “Single session”.
What focus mode changes
The event homepage displays the selected active session’s detail page.
HeySummit selects the earliest active session whose start time is no more than one hour in the past, or is in the future. If none qualifies, it uses the most recent older active session.
Selection follows start times; it does not wait for the previous session to finish.
Built-in Schedule, Speakers, Talks, Replays and Categories navigation links are normally hidden. The option to keep replays in the schedule can make Schedule available again. Custom links and direct URLs are separate; Focus Mode is not a ticket or access restriction.
Enable or disable focus mode
Go to Event Settings > General > Event Basics.
For a Single session event, find One-off Workshop Focus Mode?.
Turn it on or off, then select Save.
Focus Mode is enabled by default for newly created Single session events. The checkbox is visible but disabled for other event types. You can still manage multiple sessions in the dashboard, and the dashboard shows a Focus Mode notice. The homepage selection follows the timing rules above.
