Filter email audiences by ticket, add-on, or donation

Use audience filters when you want an Auto or Broadcast email to go only to attendees who have a specific ticket, add-on, or donation.

Create or edit the email from Emails. If you are creating a new email, click Create Email and choose either Auto or Broadcast.

In the Audience tab, click Add New Filter. Choose Tickets, Add-ons & Donations, then choose the field you want to filter by:

  • Ticket for normal ticket types.

  • Add-on for add-on purchases.

  • Donation for donation purchases.

Set the filter to the specific ticket, add-on, or donation you want to target. The email audience total updates based on the people who match those filters.

Audience rules cannot be changed for transactional emails, follow-up emails, or Broadcast emails that have already been sent.
