HubSpot CRM Integration

HubSpot is a CRM platform for managing marketing, sales, customer service, and customer data.

You can connect HubSpot to HeySummit so attendee details from your event are synced into HubSpot contacts.

Go to Event Setup > Integrations > CRM & Email Integrations, then click Add.

Choose HubSpot and click Connect.

You will be sent to HubSpot to approve the connection. Click Connect app to continue.

After HubSpot is connected, HeySummit automatically syncs new attendees who register for your event.

You can also map custom registration questions and other attendee fields to HubSpot fields from the integration settings.

To send existing eligible attendees to HubSpot, open the action menu for the HubSpot integration and choose Resync Attendees. HeySummit will queue the resync in the background, which may take a few minutes depending on the size of your event.
