Brevo is a platform that helps you build customer relationships across email, SMS, chat & more.
You can easily connect your HeySummit event with Brevo for automatic attendee data syncing. This allows for the seamless inclusion of attendees in your existing email campaigns, enhancing engagement and streamlining communication efforts.
Just go to Event Setup > Integrations > CRM & Email Integrations > and then click on Add.
Choose Brevo, enter the API key and choose the list where you want to your attendees to be sent.
To get your API key, log in to your Brevo account, click the Profile dropdown menu on the top right of the page, and choose SMTP & API.
Navigate to the API Keys tab and click on the "Generate a new API key" button. Once generated, you can then paste it into the API field in your HeySummit account.
Once connected to your Brevo account, we'll automatically sync all new attendees who register for your event. It's important to note that we don't currently sync existing attendees.
You can also map specific CRM fields to your event’s custom registration questions using a dropdown menu.
To do this, go to the Integrations section under Setup, edit your CRM integration, and link the fields as needed.
