Connect MailerLite to send eligible completed event registrations to a MailerLite group for campaigns and follow-up. This integration uses the current MailerLite API; MailerLite Classic uses a separate API.
Get your MailerLite API token
In MailerLite, open Integrations from the sidebar.
Under MailerLite API, choose Use for API.
Select Generate new token.
Name the token and choose its IP restrictions. A restrictive allowlist must permit the server making the API calls; allowing only your own computer will prevent a hosted integration from connecting.
Accept the token requirements and select Create token. Copy or download the token and keep it private. You may only see it once.

Connect MailerLite in HeySummit
Open Event Settings > Integrations & Developer > Integrations.
Under CRM & Email Integrations, choose Add, then MailerLite.
Paste the API token into the API key field.
After credentials are accepted, select the MailerLite group that should receive attendees.
Optionally map registration answers and additional attendee fields to existing MailerLite subscriber fields.
Select Save.
What HeySummit syncs
HeySummit sends eligible completed registrations to the selected group. It looks for an existing subscriber by email and updates the subscriber when found. Email and supported name fields are part of the core subscriber data. Use Custom Registration Fields Mappings and Other Field Mappings for additional fields; unmapped additional fields are not sent. To send existing eligible attendees, open the integration's action menu and choose Resync Attendees. This queues a sync, so allow time for it to finish. If your MailerLite subscriber limit is reached, resolve the limit in MailerLite before retrying. MailerLite can reject unsubscribed subscribers; do not assume a resync resubscribes them.
