To make sure your list of email senders stays neat and easy to understand, especially for those who organize multiple events or deal with staff changes, it's important for event organizers to manage their sender list. This helps keep your email communication organized and ensures that your list of senders is always current.

Here are some simple steps to take off email senders from your list and keep it well-organized:

1. Go to your event dashboard and click on Emails.

2. Find the (...) icon at the top right of the page and click on "Manage Senders."

3. Locate the (...) icon next to the email you want to remove and choose "Delete."

When you remove a sender, don't worry about the emails connected to them. We automatically assign these emails to the next available sender on your list, usually the first one. This guarantees a smooth transition without any disruption in email communication.
