In our ongoing efforts to enhance community and attendee engagement, you can enable a private chat function for each speaker. This feature allows speakers to have controlled availability for private conversations with attendees who seek more personalized interactions. This is ideal for speakers looking to leverage the event for business opportunities, networking, or sales.

When activated, attendees will see a chat button on the speaker's page, allowing them to initiate private conversations. The inbox feature is off by default to respect the preferences of speakers.

You can easily activate it for individual speakers through the dashboard by navigating to Content > Speakers, selecting 'Manage Speaker,' and toggling the private chat option in the new 'Booth' tab.

Important Things to Note: Always make sure that speakers are at ease and give their consent before enabling the private chat feature.
