Change sponsor logo size

Written by Holly

Sponsor logo size depends on the display that contains it. The file's shape and empty space also affect how large the artwork looks.

Set sizes in the Theme Editor

  1. From the event dashboard, choose Website > Edit Website, then Update Theme.

  2. In the Theme Editor, choose Advanced and find App Settings.

  3. Set Primary sponsor size and Supporting sponsor size for standard displays that use prominence. Filtered or grouped legacy Sponsor Grid blocks use the primary size for all logos.

  4. Use Sponsor page logo size for the booth header, or leave it on Use primary sponsor size. Save your theme changes.

Check component-specific controls

If your website editor shows a Logo size control for an individual sponsor component, adjust that component there. Its size and frame can differ from the Theme Editor's legacy App Settings. The component's filters and sponsor limit also determine which logos appear.

Set the individual logo shape

Go to Sponsors > All Sponsors > Actions > Manage Sponsor > Media. Set Logo Shape to Square for square artwork or Default (Wide) for a horizontal logo, then Save. Shape-aware sponsor cards use this to choose padding. See Logo Shape for details.

Check the artwork

Crop unnecessary empty space from the logo file if the artwork still looks small, then upload the revised file. Use a version that remains readable in the available frame. You can also add a separate wider image in Sidebar Promo Banner on the sponsor's Media tab.
