Using a Magic Link to View the Attendee Dashboard

If any of your attendees are having trouble seeing their schedule or managing their dashboard, you can generate a magic link using your account. This link lets you temporarily use their dashboard, so you can understand their situation and assist them in solving any problems they're facing.

Just head on to Reports > (...) next to the attendee's email address > Generate Magic Link.

The URL will be copied to your clipboard, and ready for you to paste into a new window or tab.

You can also send the magic link to your attendees who are having issues logging in and you can change their password if needed.
