This login option to give you greater flexibility in managing attendee access. In addition to our existing options—magic links (default and recommended) and unique attendee passwords—you can set a single, shared password for your entire event.
The shared password will:
Be automatically included in the attendee’s registration confirmation email
Be easy to include in any follow-up communications
This makes the login process more straightforward for attendees, especially when you're looking to reduce friction.
To set this up, go to Setup > General > Registration & Checkout > Attendee Password Support.
