Use Event Setup > Branding & Content to add the core brand and content details for your event site, emails, social sharing previews, and footer links.
Logos and graphics
Upload your main logo, white logo, primary promo image, global speaker/talk promo image, and favicon from the Logos and Graphics section. The main logo is used on light backgrounds, while the white logo is used in darker header or broadcast contexts.
The Primary Promo Image overrides HeySummit's autogenerated image when your main event page is shared on social networks. The Global Speaker/Talk Promo Image can be used as the default sharing image for speaker and talk promotion. You can read more about custom promo images.
The Favicon controls the small icon shown in browser tabs. Search engines may take days or weeks to show a new favicon, depending on when they next crawl the page, so it is worth setting this before publishing or widely sharing your event.
SEO, social content, and footer links
Use SEO and Social Content for your event description, short strapline, and social hashtag. Use Web and Social URLs to add your website and social profiles so they can appear in the event-site footer.
Theme and custom CSS
For broader visual changes such as colors, fonts, header layout, and page styling, open the Theme Editor. You can also add custom CSS from the Custom CSS section, if your plan includes that feature. Custom CSS can override parts of the theme, so test it carefully.
The Include HeySummit branding? setting is available only on plans that include removing HeySummit branding. When that feature is not included, HeySummit branding remains enabled.
When you're finished, click Save.
