Problem with connecting your Zapier account

While setting up your Zapier account with HeySummit, you encounter the error message Unauthorised or Not Authenticated. Do not panic - this usually indicates that the account you are connecting to HeySummit does not have permission to access the data you are trying to reach.

Quick Start

  1. Make sure you have the right permissions. If you are acting in the capacity of a speaker or a team member, you do not have permission to connect the HeySummit account to Zapier. You must either log in as the HeySummit account holder or use the advanced API.

  2. If you are the HeySummit account holder, reconnect your application using the following steps:

  • Open the My Apps menu

  • Select Connect a New Account under Connected Accounts

  • Follow the instructions to enter your login information again
