Unpublish a non-mandatory event email when you want to stop its future sends.
Turn off an email
Open Email & SMS > Emails in your event dashboard.
Find the email and open its Actions menu.
Select Unpublish email and confirm.
Check that its status is Not live.
What can and cannot be turned off
Unpublishing affects future sends and cannot recall emails already sent. Mandatory active emails cannot be unpublished; their action is disabled with an explanation. A sent broadcast cannot be published or unpublished again. Account restrictions can also disable publication actions.
Archiving an event stops its event email delivery and takes its content offline. Archive only when you want that wider effect. It is not necessary to archive an event to stop one optional email.
