You can unpublish most non-mandatory event emails when you do not want HeySummit to send that message again.

Open your event dashboard and choose Emails.

Turn off the Live toggle, or open the ... menu and select Unpublish.

Check that the email no longer shows as Live.

Changing the published state affects future sends. It does not recall messages that have already been sent.

Mandatory emails have a disabled toggle and do not offer an Unpublish action.

A broadcast that has already been sent cannot be published again.

Archiving an event turns off all email sending for that event. Archive only when you also want to take the event and its content offline.
