The former HeySummit monthly payout process through Wise is no longer offered. Organisers now connect their own payment gateway to each event. That provider processes attendee payments and pays out according to the connected provider account's settlement settings.
What to do
Open Event Setup > Payment Methods and connect a supported payment gateway. See Add a payment gateway to accept payments.
Use the connected provider account to review settlement timing, bank details, currency conversion, and provider fees.
Use HeySummit's attendee, sales, and revenue reports to reconcile event activity. See Find attendee, sales, revenue, and affiliate payout reports.
