You’ve purchased a ticket for an event and want to confirm what sessions you can access. Note that you're able to add sessions to your schedule outside of your ticket restrictions, but you won't be able to view the video content unless you have the appropriate ticket.

To do so, click My Purchases.

This will take you to a page like the one shown below:

It will include what type of content you have access to (i.e. Live and/or Replays). It will also say if there are any restrictions to the number of sessions you can watch, or if you're restricted to specific sessions or categories of content. If there are no restrictions along these lines, it will show "All content available".

If you want to view your schedule (sessions you've registered your interest in), you can click My Schedule. Here you can add and remove talks to your schedule.

You can also view your schedule in a timeline or calendar view option. The calendar view is particularly useful for events that extend over multiple weeks or months, allowing you to easily see upcoming talks and sessions at a glance. This makes it easier for you to manage your time and ensure you don't miss important sessions. Please note that we only show the calendar option if the event has more than 1 day.

Remember, you're able to add sessions to your schedule outside of your ticket restrictions, but you won't be able to view the video content unless you have the appropriate ticket. You'll see a message like this if you're not logged into an attendee account with a ticket that allows access:
