After you register for an event, you can sign back in from the event site to view your schedule, purchases, replays, and any content included with your ticket.
Go to the event site and select Login in the top navigation. If you already see an account/profile menu or a Logout option instead, you are already signed in.
Sign in with a magic link
Make sure I'm an attendee is selected if the login page asks whether you are an attendee or part of the event team.
Enter the same email address you used when registering for the event.
Select Send Login Link.
Open the email and select Sign in now. The link signs you in to the event and can only be used once.
If the email does not arrive, the link has expired, or the link has already been used, return to the event sign-in page and request a new link. For more checks, see Troubleshoot attendee magic links.
Password sign-in, if enabled
Some events also allow attendee password login. If you see I have a password, select it to switch from magic-link sign-in to password sign-in.
If you cannot remember your attendee password, use I've forgotten my password on the sign-in page. If you are already signed in and the event allows attendee passwords, you can change your attendee password from the account/profile menu.
If your email is not recognised
Use the same email address you registered with. If you are not sure which email was used, or you think there may be a typo on your attendee record, contact the Event Organizer. They can check your registration, update your attendee email address if needed, and help you get access.
