How To Add or Edit a Speaker Bio

You have set up your Speaker (or have been set up as a Speaker and have received your login link to access your dashboard). It's now time to add a bio.

If you are an Event Organiser, Team Member or Host:

  1. Head to Content > Speakers

  2. Click on the three dots (...) next to the Speaker of your choice.

  3. Click on Manage Speaker.

If you are a Speaker who received their Speaker Dashboard login email:

  1. Head to your Speaker Dashboard.

  2. Click on the three-dotted menu in the upper right corner of the page and select Edit Speaker Details button. If you don't see this, your Event Organiser has not enabled Speaker access to this area.

To edit your bio:

  1. Type or copy and paste what you like into the Bio field.

  2. To edit the text, highlight what you have written. For example, you can use bold.

You can also use italics, underline, use headers, create a numbered list, bullet points and clear formatting.

Click Save!

Event organizers can also include an optional speaker logo if they want to display their company logo on their talk and speaker pages. Please note that this option is not accessible on the Speaker Dashboard.

Simply go to Content > Speakers > (...) next to the speaker, click "Manage Speaker," and proceed to the "Media" tab.

You can customize the speaker photo size, speaker logo size, and choose to display the full speaker bio in the "Additional Settings" section of the Page Editor.
