You can add an optional welcome or update video for attendees. It appears inline on the order-complete page after checkout, and as a one-time modal the next time a registered attendee logs in to your event site.
Set up the attendee welcome video
From your event dashboard, go to Event Setup > Registration & Checkout.
Open the Attendee Welcome Video section.
Turn on Include an attendee welcome video.
Choose where the video is hosted, then paste the video URL, ID, or embed code.
Add the title and message attendees should see with the video.
Choose whether the video should autoplay, then save your changes.
If autoplay is enabled, browsers may require the video to start muted.
What attendees see
After a completed registration, attendees can see the video inline on the checkout confirmation page. If they come back later, the same video can also open as a modal when they next access the event site.
Once an attendee watches or dismisses the current welcome video, HeySummit records that for the attendee so the same video is not shown again. If you change the video source or video ID later, attendees who had already dismissed the previous video can be shown the new one.
