You can add an optional welcome video to the Speaker Dashboard to greet speakers and guide them through their next steps. This is useful for sharing onboarding instructions, event-specific expectations, or common answers before speakers edit their details or review their sessions.
Add a Speaker Dashboard welcome video
From the event dashboard, go to Event Setup > Speaker Settings.
Open the Speaker Dashboard Welcome Video section.
Choose the video source.
Paste the video ID, URL, or embed code.
Choose whether the video should autoplay, then save your changes.
What speakers see
When a video source and video ID are configured, the video appears inline near the top of the Speaker Dashboard. Speakers can watch it before reviewing their profile, talks, assets, offers, or other dashboard areas.
If autoplay is enabled, the video starts muted where required by the browser.
