You can add an optional welcome video to the Speaker Dashboard to greet speakers and guide them through their next steps. This is useful for sharing onboarding instructions, event-specific expectations, or common answers before speakers edit their details or review their sessions.

Go to Event Settings &gt; Event Experience &gt; Presenter Experience.

In Welcome Message, select Yes under Include a welcome video?.

Enter the video ID, URL, or embed code requested by that provider.

Choose whether to enable Autoplay Presenter Dashboard Video?, then select Save.

1. Go to Event Settings &gt; Event Experience &gt; Presenter Experience.
2. In Welcome Message, select Yes under Include a welcome video?.
3. Choose the video provider.
4. Enter the video ID, URL, or embed code requested by that provider.
5. Choose whether to enable Autoplay Presenter Dashboard Video?, then select Save.

When a video source and video ID are configured, the video appears inline near the top of the Speaker Dashboard. Speakers can watch it before reviewing their profile, talks, assets, offers, or other dashboard areas. If autoplay is enabled, the video starts muted where required by the browser.
