Use Brand Name when you want HeySummit to show a shorter, more familiar version of your organisation name in the places where a friendly brand label makes sense.
Company Name can stay as your formal organisation name, while Brand Name can be the version your audience recognises more easily. If you leave Brand Name blank, HeySummit falls back to the Company Name.
For example, you might keep Acme Inc. as your Company Name, but set your Brand Name to Acme so the name looks cleaner in supported emails and attendee-facing event areas.
To update it, go to Event Setup > Settings, select Update Event Settings, then edit Brand Name.
