A reply-to address controls where replies to your event emails go. Set it when you want a shared inbox, support address or another monitored address to receive replies.
How HeySummit chooses the address
Normal event emails use the selected sender's Reply to address. If blank, HeySummit uses that sender's verified custom email address when permitted by the event plan, then the event support email, then the sender user's account email. An explicit Reply to address takes priority. It does not change the From address or bypass custom sender verification.
Add or change the reply-to address
Open Event Settings > Email & SMS > Email Senders.
Find the sender, open its Actions menu, then select Set up sender.
In 1. Details, enter the monitored address in Reply to (optional).
Select Save and exit.
Future emails using that sender will use the updated reply-to address. Check each sender if multiple senders should route replies to the same inbox.
