You can keep a page active and shareable while removing its link from the main event navigation.
This is useful when you want a page to be available by direct URL, from an email, from a custom button, or only for a specific audience, without showing it in the public header menu.
Hide a header link from the main navigation
Go to Event Setup > Header Links.
Open the ... menu next to the header link.
Select Edit Page.
Turn on Exclude from Main Nav?.
Save the page.
You can also open the public event page in content-editing mode, select Edit Header Links, open the ... menu next to the link, and choose Edit Page.
What this setting does
Exclude from Main Nav? only controls whether the link appears in the main navigation. It does not deactivate the page, delete the page, or block people from visiting the page if they have the direct URL.
If you want the page to be unavailable, turn off Active?. If you want the page to stay available but only for certain attendees, use the ticket restriction fields on the same page.
