Restream is a powerful and user-friendly streaming platform that empowers content creators to expand their reach across multiple live streaming platforms simultaneously. With Restream, you can effortlessly broadcast your content to popular platforms ensuring your message resonates with a broader audience.

To link your Restream to your talk, all you just need is the Video ID. Restream has a tutorial on how to get that, and you can find it here.

The code will look this:
<div style="padding:56.25% 0 0 0;position:relative;"><iframe src="https://player.restream.io/?token=8el3db653f9l2c36lobs096cstqv5zog" allow="autoplay" allowfullscreen frameborder="0" style="position:absolute;top:0;left:0;width:100%;height:100%;"></iframe></div>

The video ID is the special combination of characters that comes after "https://player.restream.io/?token=."

In our example, it appears as "8el3db653f9l2c36lobs096cstqv5zog."

To add this to your talk, go to Content > (...) next to the talk > Manage Talk. In the Broadcast section, select Live Stream. Then, choose Restream, and in the video ID field on the next page, add the video ID (excluding the entire code).

We highly suggest event organisers using a new integration for the first time to run a test. The safest method (without affecting your current event) is to clone your existing event. You can do this by clicking the manage dropdown at the top right of the dashboard and selecting the Clone option. After cloning, create a test Restream scheduled for the next hour (or whenever convenient for testing). Then, link the Restream to a talk in the cloned event and perform a dry run of the broadcast.

Note on Restrictions:
Please note that you must be subscribed to their Premium Plan for Live Stream broadcasts.

Prices, features or interface may change over time so it's always a good idea to check Restream's website and pricing plan for the most up-to-date information.
