Use the EarlyParrot referral integration if you want attendees to be added to an EarlyParrot referral campaign after they register for your event.
Before you start
Create the campaign in EarlyParrot first. You will need the campaign ID from EarlyParrot.
You can usually find the campaign ID in the EarlyParrot campaign URL. It is the string that appears after admin.earlyparrot.com/campaigns/.
Add the integration in HeySummit
From your HeySummit dashboard, go to Setup > Integrations.
Find the Referral Integrations card.
Click Add.
Choose EarlyParrot as the referral provider.
Paste your EarlyParrot campaign ID into Referral Provider Code.
Click Save.
After the integration is added, HeySummit includes the EarlyParrot campaign scripts on your event site and registration completion/share pages so registered attendees can be connected to the referral campaign.
We recommend testing the registration flow before promoting the event publicly, especially if this is your first time using EarlyParrot with HeySummit.
