Home is the starting point for your event dashboard. Open your event in HeySummit and select Home in the left-hand navigation.
Choose At a glance or Analytics
At a glance helps you run the event. It brings together event details, setup progress, records that need attention, and the next useful session action.
Analytics helps you review performance. It contains traffic, registration, revenue, and engagement reporting.
HeySummit opens active and upcoming events on At a glance. Older events open on Analytics so you can review their results immediately. You can switch tabs at any time.
Use At a glance
Check the event details
The Event details card shows the public event name, dates, timezone, and event URL. Use it to confirm that you are working in the right event before making changes.
Follow the setup guide
The setup guide highlights the main jobs needed to prepare your event. Its progress is shared across your event team: when someone marks a step complete or dismisses it, that acknowledgement is saved for the event.
The guide is a practical checklist, not an automated readiness test. Check the underlying event settings before launch even when every step is marked complete.
Review records that need attention
Preview cards show presenters, sessions, submissions, and sponsor applications that need review or completion. Select a card to open the relevant area and continue the work.
Act on the current or next session
When a session is live or coming up, the sidebar provides a direct shortcut. The session summary on Home also gives you the most relevant action, such as reviewing or managing the session.
Use Analytics
Page Views and Unique Visitors show event-site traffic over time.
Attendees and Registrations show audience growth and registration trends.
Revenue shows headline and trend data for team members who can manage financials.
Social Shares, Media Downloads, and URL Clicks show engagement actions.
Top Sessions compares available registration, live-attendance, and replay-attendance measures.
Traffic Insights groups page views by source or country.
Some widgets remain empty until attendees start visiting, registering, sharing, downloading media, clicking external links, or watching content.
