Understand your event dashboard

Your event dashboard gives you a quick view of how your event is performing and where to go next.


Open your event in HeySummit and select Dashboard from the left-hand navigation. If your event data is being refreshed, you may temporarily see an Event Information Refreshing message while HeySummit processes the latest changes.

Main dashboard widgets

  • Page Views and Unique Visitors show event-site traffic over time.

  • Attendees shows the current attendee total from attendee reporting.

  • Revenue appears for team members who can manage financials.

  • Social Shares, Media Downloads, and External URL Clicks show key engagement actions across your event site.

  • Top Sessions shows your strongest sessions. Depending on your event status and settings, this can use talk registrations, live attendance, or replay attendance.

  • Traffic Insights shows top traffic sources and countries for page views.

  • Registrations shows attendee registrations over time.

  • Conversion Rate and the revenue chart appear for team members who can manage financials.

Where to find more detail

Use Reporting for attendee, email, sales, and content reports. Use Revenue for financial reporting and payment-related workflows. Use Content and Setup when you need to change the event content or settings that drive the dashboard data.


Some widgets may show no data until attendees start visiting, registering, sharing, downloading media, clicking external links, or watching live and replay content.
