Copy Speakers and Talks Across Events with Bulk Actions

Speakers and talks can be copied between events using bulk actions, making it easier to manage recurring sessions or re-use existing content. This feature helps streamline setup and reduces the need for repetitive data entry when running multiple events.

To copy items, go to Content > Speakers or Content > Talks. Select one or more entries, then choose Copy to Another Event from the bulk actions drop-down. The selected speakers or talks will be duplicated in the chosen event, including their details and setup information.

This is ideal for events that share common sessions or returning speakers, helping organisers save time during preparation and maintain consistency across events.


If you want to copy an entire event rather than individual items, use the Clone Event option found under the Manage drop-down at the top right of the event dashboard.
