This feature is tailored specifically for organizers of in-person events. This allows you to associate a ticket with one or more venues, offering greater flexibility and control over the attendee experience.
Associate Venues with Tickets: You can link one or multiple venues to a ticket, offering attendees clear information on where their event will take place.
Attendee Venue Selection: When multiple venues are linked to a ticket, attendees can select their preferred venue during checkout, ideal for events with multiple satellite locations.
Venue-Specific Capacity: Optionally set a maximum number of tickets per venue when multiple venues are associated with a single ticket, ensuring you can manage attendance at each location effectively.
Venue selection appears right after ticket selection, with a dedicated space for all venue details like title, address, images, and descriptions.
For in-person events, you can update the venue associated with an attendee’s ticket if they request a change.
Simply go to Reports > Attendees, select the attendee and click Manage Tickets. You’ll find the Change Venue button next to the ticket, allowing you to update the venue effortlessly.
