You can use a Dubb-hosted video for a pre-recorded talk or as a replay. HeySummit accepts the full Dubb video URL or the video ID, so you do not need to extract the ID manually.
Get the Dubb video link
Open the video in your Dubb account.
Copy its public video or sharing-page URL. A normal Dubb video link includes /v/ followed by the video ID.
Open the link in a private or signed-out browser window and confirm the video plays. If you need help changing its sharing settings, use the Dubb Support Center.
Add the video in HeySummit
In your event dashboard, go to Content & Schedule > Sessions.
Open the session's Actions menu and choose Manage Session.
For a pre-recorded session, open Broadcast and set Broadcast Type to Pre-recorded. For a separate replay, open Replay, keep Will There Be a Replay? set to Yes, and select Choose Another if a broadcast recording is already being used.
Choose Dubb as the provider.
Paste the full Dubb video URL or the video ID, then select Save and Close.
Test the video
Use the talk's Preview action and select the relevant preview view. Confirm the video loads and plays while signed in as an event team member.
