You can use a Canva-hosted video for a pre-recorded talk or as a replay. HeySummit accepts the Canva design URL or its design ID, so you do not need to build an embed URL yourself.
Get a viewable Canva link
Open the video design in Canva.
Use Share to create or copy a public view link. Canva's public view link guide explains the current sharing options.
Open the link in a private or signed-out browser window and confirm the video is viewable without edit access.
Add the video in HeySummit
In your event dashboard, go to Content > Talks.
Open the talk's ... menu and choose Manage Talk.
For a pre-recorded talk, choose Pre-Recorded in the broadcast setup. For a separate replay, open the talk's replay settings and choose a replay.
Choose Canva as the provider.
Paste the full Canva design URL or the design ID, then save the talk. If you prefer to paste Canva's complete embed snippet, choose HeySummit's separate Embed Code provider instead.
Test the video
Use the talk's Preview action and select the relevant preview view. Confirm the video loads and plays while signed in as an event team member. If it does not, recheck the Canva link and its view permissions.
